tiktok’s enforcement against unlabelled ai content rose 340% versus 2024, with 51,618 pieces of synthetic media removed in the second half of 2025 alone, and youtube is now demonetising what it calls “inauthentic content”. seven major platforms converged on the same rule within months: no human input, no feed placement. the platforms that trained the world to generate content are now policing how much of it is generated.
